Concrete Supply
What types of concrete do you supply?
We supply a comprehensive range of concrete types including standard ready-mix concrete, high-strength concrete (up to 60 MPa), lightweight concrete, self-compacting concrete, and specialized mixes for specific applications. All our concrete is produced to meet Ghana Standards Authority specifications.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver throughout Greater Accra, Ashanti Region, Central Region, and parts of Eastern and Western Regions. Our fleet of modern concrete mixer trucks ensures fresh delivery within a 50km radius of our batching plants. Contact us to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard concrete orders, we recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance. For large volume orders (over 100m³) or specialized concrete mixes, please allow 3-5 days advance notice. Emergency deliveries may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1m³ of concrete. However, for orders under 3m³, a small load surcharge may apply. We encourage combining smaller orders with neighbors or scheduling multiple pours to optimize delivery costs.
Do you provide concrete testing services?
Yes, we provide comprehensive concrete testing services including slump tests, compressive strength testing, and quality control testing. All our concrete comes with test certificates, and we can arrange for independent third-party testing when required for your project specifications.
Construction Services
What construction services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive construction services including residential construction, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, renovations, and extensions. Our services cover everything from foundation work to complete turnkey construction projects.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes, we can assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for your construction project. Our team has experience working with local authorities and can help navigate the permit process, including building permits, environmental clearances, and municipal approvals.
How long does a typical construction project take?
Project timelines vary depending on size and complexity. A typical residential home takes 6-12 months, while commercial projects can range from 8-24 months. We provide detailed project schedules during the planning phase and keep you updated on progress throughout construction.
Do you provide project financing options?
While we don't directly provide financing, we work with several financial institutions and can help connect you with construction loan providers. We also offer flexible payment schedules tied to project milestones to help manage cash flow during construction.
What warranty do you provide on construction work?
We provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all construction work, covering defects in workmanship and materials. Structural elements carry an extended 5-year warranty. We also provide ongoing maintenance services to keep your building in optimal condition.
Pricing & Payment
How do you calculate concrete prices?
Concrete prices are calculated based on the grade/strength required, volume ordered, delivery distance, and current material costs. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Use our online calculator for instant estimates or contact us for detailed quotations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo Money), and company checks. For construction projects, we typically work with milestone-based payments. A deposit is usually required before delivery or commencement of work.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for large concrete orders (typically 50m³ and above) and long-term construction contracts. We also provide special rates for repeat customers and bulk annual contracts. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing for your specific requirements.
Are there additional charges for delivery?
Delivery charges are included for locations within 15km of our batching plants. For deliveries beyond this radius, additional transport charges apply based on distance. Waiting time charges may apply if trucks are delayed on-site beyond the standard 30-minute unloading window.
Technical Questions
What concrete grade should I use for my project?
The concrete grade depends on your specific application. For residential foundations, C20/25 is typically sufficient. For structural elements like beams and columns, C25/30 or higher may be required. Our technical team can recommend the appropriate grade based on your structural drawings and load requirements.
How should I prepare my site for concrete delivery?
Ensure clear access for our mixer trucks (minimum 3m wide path), level ground for truck positioning, and all formwork/reinforcement ready before delivery. Have adequate labor on-site for concrete placement and finishing. We provide a pre-delivery checklist to ensure smooth operations.
What happens if it rains during concrete placement?
Light rain generally doesn't affect concrete placement, but heavy rain can damage fresh concrete. We monitor weather conditions and may recommend rescheduling deliveries during severe weather. Proper covering and protection of fresh concrete is essential during and after placement.
How long does concrete take to cure?
Concrete reaches initial set within 2-4 hours and can typically support light foot traffic after 24 hours. Full structural strength is achieved in 28 days under normal conditions. Proper curing (keeping concrete moist) is crucial for achieving design strength and durability.
